I have been using Victoria Dry Cleaners for the last three 3 years, the service and standard of cleaning is fantastic. They can even fix my shoes! For a truly personal service with a smile I would thoroughly recommend.

Mum’s dress, being over 30 years old, did have a yellow tinge to it but they did a great job with bringing it back to life. My wedding dress was a bigger project but again they did an amazing job. After I wore it, 10years ago, I left it in the bag and hung it up and didn’t look at it again. When they opened the bag in the shop there was a massive stain down the front, I was gutted, but when we collected it it had gone! Absolutely brilliant dry cleaners. Took a jacket in with a VERY bad stain, which Nick spent over a week treating. I’ve been in to pick it up today and the result is amazing. Could not recommend more.

Speedy and quality service, if you need something rushed through (like I always seem to do) they do their absolute best to accommodate you. Very pleased with an alteration to some trousers, and always pleased with my occasional dry cleaning needs.

To which I did not know what the original colour was. Nick was amazing through out the whole cleaning, restoration process and updated me through it all including photos of the transformation; which was very reassuring. When seeing the veil I could not believe it was the same veil, it was white in fact! He had done a fabulous job and had taken great care in handling the delicate fabric, I really can’t thank him enough. Excellent service! Nick collected my dress and delivered it safely to me with no issues. It came back looking fresh and so much cleaner than when I left it with him. Excellent communication from start to finish, I would definitely recommend 🙂

I have been a customer here for the last year and a half. I drop my suits for dry cleaning once a month and I can say I am really happy with the service I have received.

Owner got back to me within minutes when I asked a query via Google about how long it took for wash and fold service. (GBP 23.50 for 5 kgs and they like a few days to deliver if possible but will try and accommodate same day requests. I was staying at a hotel that didn’t offer laundry service so this central laundry and dry cleaners was handy. Delivered on time and smelling fresh but could have done with 5-10 minutes more in dryer—and I had only 2.5 kg to wash.) And while socks were put together, the rest of the items, like T shirts, weren’t folded so they were very creased especially as they were still slightly damp. read less

Nick went above and beyond with us last weekend. We couldn’t pick up our tuxedo on time and he happily opened for us on Sunday so we could have it for our event. Outstanding service, definitely will come back soon!

Nick brought my sixty year old wedding dress back to life. He was very communicative and finished on time. Would recommend.

The best drycleaning in the center of the City! They are a bit pricey…. but they do a great job and they have no competition. Nick is very friendly and personable. They are an overall excellent service! Also their shoe repair guy is exceptionally good.
